What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your session or remember a preference on your next visit. Similar technologies such as local storage work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.
The cookies we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. This website sets the following:
- Session cookie (strictly necessary) — keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It expires when your session ends or you sign out.
- CSRF token cookie (strictly necessary) — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Without it, sign-in and any form submission would fail.
- Language preference (functional) — remembers the language you selected so the site loads in it next time.
- Remember-me cookie (functional, optional) — set only if you tick "remember me" at sign-in, so you are not asked to sign in on every visit.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the service cannot work without them. Functional cookies are set as a result of a choice you make.
What we do not use
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not share cookie data with advertising networks.
The mobile applications do not use browser cookies. Where the parent application shows advertising to users on the free plan, that is handled by the advertising SDK under its own policy, and the child application contains no advertising SDK at all.
Third parties
Some pages load resources from third parties — for example a web font provider, or a payment provider's script on a checkout page. Those providers may set their own cookies or receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the request. Their use of that data is governed by their own policies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser provides controls under Settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies and site data".
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the dashboard. Blocking functional cookies only means the site will not remember your language or keep you signed in between visits.
